Today, we’d like to shine a spotlight on one of our cherished vendors: Chocolate Moonshine. They will be a full-time presence at the Christkindlmarket Wrigleyville location this year.

Chocolate Moonshine is a family-owned artisan chocolate company, creating innovative products since 1985. Specializing in handcrafted Belgian chocolate confections, they are committed to using only the finest ingredients, featuring top quality imported Belgian Chocolate. Chocolate Moonshine Co is the creator of the original recipe, award winning, creamy, gourmet Fudge. Made by hand using founder, Chris Warman’s, original recipes, their fudge is remarkably still cooked in micro, 60-pound batches, in copper kettles, stirred with Maplewood paddles to a rich creamy texture, then slowly cooled.
Chocolate Moonshine use almost 30% less sugar because they use real ingredients like pure Pennsylvania cream, California and Hawaiian cane sugar, rich Belgian chocolate, and lots of fresh roasted nuts. This is a special gift, carefully hand packed just for you.
Chocolate Moonshine also creates luxury Belgian Chocolate Truffle Bars that are filled with creamy ganache and hand painted with cocoa butter, so each piece is as beautiful to look at as it is to eat. They offer ten varieties of indulgent wrapped caramels that are soft, gooey, and
