General Information

We will announce our 2024 locations within the next couple of months. Please come back here, or subscribe to our newsletter to be one of the first to find out!

As soon as we announce our locations and dates, you will be able to see all general and special hours as well.

Weekdays are usually less busy than weekends, especially in the morning and early afternoon.

Our location pages will include more information about transportation, parking and special deals. 

Yes, pets are generally allowed in all outdoor areas of the market. However, pets are not allowed inside of any of the walk-in cabins or tents.

Please note that smaller pets may be easier to oversee by other visitors. Therefore, please take precautions to protect your pet and patrons to keep them safe.

There will be plenty of ticketed and free events at all three Christkindlmarket locations. We will update the “Plan Your Visit” section under the location that you’re interested in where you will be able to find event calendars with all upcoming events. All special events will be announced at the end of September. Sign up for our newsletter to be one of the first to find out about them!

We will announce our 2024 Hotel Partners and Specials later on this year. You will be able to find them all listed under the  “Plan Your Visit” section under the Location that you’re interested in. 

We review new vendor applications on a rolling basis. Please contact us by filling out the form on our Become a Vendor page if you would like to join our vendor family.

Online Shop

Visit our online shop at and select the products you would like to add to your cart. When you are ready to purchase, select “cart” and add your contact information as well as the delivery address you would like the order to be sent to. You will see shipping costs automatically being added to your total order price based on the delivery address you entered. Finally, enter your payment information as prompted, review all the data you entered on the next page, check that you accept the Terms & Conditions and press “Place Order” to finalize the purchase. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming that we received your order. 

Delivery charges vary depending on weight and dimensions of the package as well as the recipient’s address.

Orders placed are processed within 2 business daysalong with a standard shipping period of 3-5 business days. 

Unfortunately, at this point orders can only be shipped to the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

Products bought on are shipped from our warehouse located in Chicago, IL, USA. 

Products bought from our vendors’ websites will be shipped from the vendors’ business location.

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange only for items damaged in transit. For further details, please refer to our Return Policy. 

Please contact us via phone (312-494-2175), email (, or through our contact us form within 5 business days of receiving the damaged item to alert us of the issue. Please include a photo of the damaged itemUpon receipt of proof of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Returns are handled on a case by case basis, so depending on the circumstances they can take a variable amount of time to process. 

The Virtual Marketplace currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
