New videos will be posted in our gallery. You will be able to see all the general and vendor visit videos as soon as the online market opens on November 1st. From November 20th – December 24th, you can stream a new Christkind Story Time video every Sunday at 2PM to learn about German customs and traditions.
We review new vendor applications on a rolling basis. Please contact us by filling out the form on our Become a Vendor page if you would like to join our vendor family.
Visit our online shop at www.christkindlmarket.com/shop and select the products you would like to add to your cart. When you are ready to purchase, select “cart” and add your contact information as well as the delivery address you would like the order to be sent to. You will see shipping costs automatically being added to your total order price based on the delivery address you entered. Finally, enter your payment information as prompted, review all the data you entered on the next page, check that you accept the Terms & Conditions and press “Place Order” to finalize the purchase. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming that we received your order and another one with your individual tracking code once the order has been shipped.
Yes. With each purchase from the Christkindlmarket.com online shop, you are supporting the vendors you have come to know and love at the live markets.
Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy
Orders placed will be processed within 2 business days starting November 1st, along with a standard shipping period of 3-5 business days.
Unfortunately, at this point orders can only be shipped to the contiguous United States (48 states), excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Kansas, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange only for items damaged in transit. For further details, please refer to our Return Policy.
Please contact us via phone (312-494-2175), email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or through our contact us form within 5 business days of receiving the damaged item to alert us of the issue. Please include a photo of the damaged item. Upon receipt of proof of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Returns are handled on a case by case basis, so depending on the circumstances they can take a variable amount of time to process.
The Online Marketplace currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
