Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the Christkindlmarket!

Please thoroughly read through the FAQ section before submitting the form below to register your interest in becoming a vendor at the Christkindlmarket 2021!

The Christkindlmarket Team will review all registrations on a rolling basis and get in touch with more information on the next steps.

Phase 1:
  • Applicants register their interest in becoming new vendors
  • Christkindlmarket team reviews last year’s returning vendors for each market
  • Assessment of available booth space for new vendors, also based on potential expansion to other locations
Phase 2:
  • Review of all new vendor registrations
  • Selection of qualified applicants
Phase 3:
  • Qualified applicants receive the official vendor application as well as specific pricing information
  • Applicants return the application, including signed Terms & Conditions
Phase 4:
  • Vendors receive confirmation and invoices
  • Applicant must pay within 30 days to secure the booth rental

We accept applications from vendors with products that are:

  • Great holiday gifts
  • Unique
  • High-quality
  • Handmade/crafted
  • Traditionally German/European
  • Ethically produced 

We do not accept applications from vendors with:

  • Direct sales & multi-level marketing (Mary Kay, LulaRoe, It Works, LipSense, Scentsy, etc).
  • Wholesale distributors
  • Products using licensed imagery and brands
  • Weapons
  • Products with hateful and divisive messages
  • CBD products

Each Christkindlmarket location features one booth that houses part-time vendors temporarily on a rotating basis throughout the market (the so-called Pop-Up booth). Booth measurements are approx. 8′ x 8‘. The Pop-Up booth can be rented for 1-7 days based on availability.

After having reviewed all applications as well as signed Terms & Conditions, the Christkindlmarket team will reach out via email to confirm approval. Please note that the contract will only become binding upon application confirmation via invoice (see Phase 4 of the application process above) by the Christkindlmarket team.

Please note that due to the high amount of applications to the Christkindlmarket, you will only be contacted by our team if we can offer you a spot at one of our locations.
