How To Order Your Christkindlmarket Gift Box:
Before You Order:
- Visit the Christkindlmarket Square website to order your gift box online!
Shipping:
- Select the Gift box with pickup or shipping, depending on what works for you.
- Gift boxes will ship at the end of November or early December, and will take 5-10 days to arrive after the shipping notification is sent. Shipping is available within the continental U.S. only. Pricing and ship time is based on your shipping location. If you are picking up a box, it can be picked up at the market location (that you select during checkout) during market hours. Please note that each market has different open days and hours.
- Open your cart and click “Continue to Payment” to enter your shipping address and payment details.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Click “Place Order” to complete your reservation.

Pick-Up Information:
All pick-up orders must be collected by December 24th at 4:00 PM at the selected location (Chicago or Aurora).
At the Christkindlmarket Chicago visit the “Information Window” inside the Timber Haus (Booth #1) or the “Pick-up Booth” outfacing towards Dearborn Street to pick up your gift box.
At the Christkindlmarket Aurora visit the “Information Window” inside Festival Tent (Booth #2) or the “Information Booth” at the south end of the market.
Shipped Orders:
Gift Boxes have been shipped and are on their way to customers across the lower 48 states.
