This 2024 edition highlights the rich heritage of the Christkindlmarket with intricate market scenes, including the Christkind, red-and-white booths, and a festive nutcracker. You can purchase this must-have mug empty at the info and merch booths for $9 at the Christkindlmarket Chicago and Christkindlmarket Aurora. You can also get it at various vendor booths that sell them with beverages. The boot mug can be filled with all drinks, including the signature drink of the market, imported Gluehwein from Germany (mulled wine).
New this year, our second mug is shaped and designed like a nutcracker, celebrating the beloved mascot of the Christkindlmarket Aurora. Dressed in a red and black suit, this charming mug brings a classic holiday figure to life and pairs perfectly with the boot mug. This mug is available for purchase empty at the info and merch booths at both markets for $9 as well. If you want to buy it from one of the vendors, filled with a beverage, please keep in mind that this one can only be purchased with non-alcoholic beverages, like hot chocolate and cider.
Our ceramic Beer Stein is back for its second year, featuring a festive Nutcracker marching band and market scenes. Visitors loved last year’s design so much that it sold out very fast, so make sure to stop by early to secure yours. It is available empty at the info and merch booths at both markets for $20.
